A true Northwest native, this salmon was wild caught in one of two different locations: off the coast of SE Alaska or in the Columbia River which divided Oregon and Washington.
One of our most iconic partners is Gilles, the wine-maker from Cooper Mountain. This Organic and Biodynamic winery is a little bit of the French countryside right in Beaverton, OR.
Our cream comes from Andersen Dairy in Battle Ground, Washington. Unlike most dairy’s Andersen sources from only 5 farms, all within 50 miles of their creamery. The make cream of the highest quality and are extremely proud of their cream. Their product is GMO and rBST free.
These tasty onions were grown in the Yakima Valley, and then washed and chopped and frozen at Freeze Pack in Pasco, WA.
This butter came from Willamette Valley sourced cream and then brought to us by the good people at Spring Valley!

The the lemons in our organic lemon juice travelled from Southern Cali and Arizona to Beaumont, CA where they got squeezed into one big juicy batch!
Our herb source in Turlock, CA produces the highest quality herbs we can find.Supherb chops and freezes them at the peak of ripeness so that we can enjoy it anywhere… anytime!
