This batch of Albacore was landed in Illwaco, which is situated on the north side of the Columbia River. This time we pulled from three boats – the F/V Juanaloa, F/V Townsend, and F/V Inez C for our first run of soups and chowders.

An MSC certified fishery, Pink Shrimp are bountiful off the Oregon Coast. These tasty crustaceans in this soup we snagged either by the F/V Kristen Gail or the F/V Lady Renee and then brought ashore in Illwaco, WA.

Our herb source in Turlock, CA produces the highest quality herbs we can find. Supherb chops and freezes them at the peak of ripeness so that we can enjoy it anywhere… anytime!
We are now using an Organic coconut milk out of Sri Lanka, brought to us by the good people at Native Forest. They also only use BPA free containers so they are upheld as some of the best in the industry.
The tomatoes in this paste are grown in the San Joaquin Valley in California and then made into a paste in the town of Los Banos.
These tasty onions were grown in the Yakima Valley, and then washed and chopped and frozen at Freeze Pack in Pasco, WA.
Red Bell Peppers
These bits of sweetness are grown, harvested, and chopped in Escalon, CA so that we can taste the sun.
When it came to Fish Sauce, we spared no expense. We stuck with a traditional Phu Quoc sauce called Red Boat for its ethics, flavor and uncompromising quality. For some things, we needed to leave the Northwest, but we feel great about supporting these guys.
These coconuts began in Sri Lanka and is brought to the US by Glory Bee Foods based in Eugene, OR.
We picked this sweet stuff up at the Puratos branch in Portland that is a bakery supply specialist.
Our tamarind is grown in India.
