This process ensures that you will get the highest quality and best tasting seafood, ready to enjoy at home.

We want your seafood to arrive at your door in peak condition. As such, we have meticulously tested our packaging and shipping. We offer our customers the best shipping price and speed based on continuous shipping tests designed to optimize quality. Given there are variables we can’t control, like weather or if you are home when the delivery is made, we want to hear from you if something seems off. We like to learn and adapt.

We offer the following shipping options to ensure you receive frozen crab perfection.

California, Oregon & Washington

  • 2-Day Shipping: $30 
  • 1-Day Shipping: $55 
  • Saturday Delivery: $75 

Rest of Continental United States 

  • 1-Day Shipping: $100 
  • Saturday Delivery: $120

Order Cut Off & Shipping Times: Dungeness Crab 

  • Orders placed Monday - Wednesday by 11:59PM PST will ship the following day.

  • Orders placed Thursday - Sunday by 11:59PM PST will ship the following Monday.

  • Saturday Delivery Now Available! For an additional $20, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for orders placed on Thursdays by 11:59PM PST. Please select this option when you checkout.

    You will receive an order confirmation and notification when the product is shipped with tracking information.

    Refund Policy:

    • If you are unhappy, we want to know about it. We commit to taking care of any issue. In the unlikely scenario that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at info@fishpeopleseafood.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • It's helpful if you're able to take some photos of the box and the product to include with your note. We will reply within 24 hours, and will work to find complete resolution within 5 business days.
    • Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, please do not ship the item back to us.
