Smoked Oyster and Bourbon Chowder
Fresh Northwest oysters lightly smoked, combined with fresh herbs and veggies, sweet cream, and a dash of bourbon.
Oysters are associated with the powers of love. Perhaps that’s why oyster lovers are such a passionate bunch. We too are taken with these succulent bi-valves, and created a seafood chowder in their honor. We sustainably harvest oysters in the briny waters of Puget Sound, Washington, and lightly smoke them until they are tender and golden. Then we add a dash of smooth, oaky bourbon. To finish things off, we simmer them in sweet cream with fresh veggies and herbs. Oyster enthusiasts – this one’s for you!
