Grilled Broccolini, Peppers, and Tomatillos

INGREDIENTS

2 bunches broccolini

1 red bell pepper, cut into strips

10 tomatillos, husked, rinsed, and sliced in half

2 tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp lime juice

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, toss broccolini, bell peppers, and tomatillos with remaining ingredients.

2. Add all ingredients to a grill basket and cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, or until veggies begin to char.
