Chipotle & Lime Wild Alaskan Cod & Kale Salad


1 Fishpeople Chipotle & Lime Wild Alaskan Cod Kit, thawed

6 cups of your favorite kale mix

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tsp honey

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp salt

Dash cumin

1 tbsp pepitas


1. Prepare the Wild Alaskan Cod Kit according to package instructions.

2. While the cod is cooking, prepare the salad dressing. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, honey, chili powder, salt, and cumin. Whisk with a fork until completely combined and creamy.

3. Toss greens with dressing. Top with pepitas.

4. Divide into two salad bowls. Top each bowl with one of the pieces of cod. Garnish with cilantro included in the Kit.
