- 1 Fishpeople Chipotle & Lime Wild Alaskan Cod Kit, thawed
- 6 cups of your favorite kale mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash cumin
- 1 tbsp pepitas
- Prepare the Wild Alaskan Cod Kit according to package instructions.
- While the cod is cooking, prepare the salad dressing. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, honey, chili powder, salt, and cumin. Whisk with a fork until completely combined and creamy.
- Toss greens with dressing. Top with pepitas.
- Divide into two salad bowls. Top each bowl with one of the pieces of cod. Garnish with cilantro included in the Kit.
