Wild Albacore Tuna & Avocado Ceviche

Ingredients

  •  1 package Fishpeople Wild Albacore Tuna, fillets diced into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Tortilla chips to serve

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together.
  2. Cover with saran wrap and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
