Honey Lemon Pepper Glaze

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp dijon mustard

4 tbsp honey

1 tbsp lemon zest

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cracked pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl and pour over two thawed salmon fillets in a shallow dish.  marinate for up to three hours, flipping frequently.

  2. Place on oil baked sheets skin side down.  Bake in 325 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until brown and flakes easily with a fork.

  3. Remove and crush again with  marinade and additional cracked pepper.  Serve with lemon wedges.
