Morning Frittata


3 eggs

1 tablespoon oil

¼ cup leeks

¼ cup mushrooms

½ cup kale

¼ cup shredded cheese

Small bunch of basil leaves

1 pouch Fishpeople Seafood Alder Smoked Wild Salmon Chowder


  1. Mix Salmon Chowder with eggs

  2. Sauté leeks and mushrooms until soft and fragrant

  3. Add kale to sauté with 1 tbsp. water for a few minutes

  4. Pour egg mix over sauté

  5. Cover with shredded cheese and cook on low for a few minutes
