- Prepare your favorite fish cakes according to the directions, but don't cook them. We recommend our Sweet Potato Salmon Cakes or our Chipotle and Lime Cod Cakes.
- Cut pieces of parchment paper into squares a little bigger than the cakes. Lay down a square of parchment paper and place a raw salmon cake on top. Repeat with all cakes, starting new stacks once you've stacked 5 cakes.
- Slide the stacks into freezer safe zipper top bags and pop into the freezer!
- When you're ready to cook them, heat a tablespoon of your oil of choice in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pull the cakes from the freezer and cook for about 5 minutes on each side with the skillet partially covered.
